Crystal Jewellery Repair Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the repair services provided by Harmony and Flow Within, located at 10 Bunker Street Minchinbury NSW 2770, to the customer ("Customer") who seeks repair services for their crystal jewellery. By engaging our services, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Description:

Harmony and Flow Within offers a repair service only of the handcrafted crystal jewellery manufactured by Harmony and Flow Within.

The repair service includes but is not limited to gemstone replacement, cleaning, polishing, restringing, replacing findings and minor adjustments.

2. Costings:

An estimate of the repair cost will be provided to you upon inspection of the jewellery.

Please contact Harmony and Flow Within via email info@harmonyandflow.com.au with the following information to receive an estimate of the repair cost:​

Photos of the product,

Detailed explanation of the repair you require.

You (the Customer) are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Harmony and Flow Within is not responsible for any missing parcels. Please ensure you track your parcel.

The estimate will also include the cost for return shipping and handling fee.

The final repair cost may vary from the initial estimate based on the extent of damage and any additional work required upon inspection of the actual product.

Before any repairs are undertaken, you will be notified immediately if the costs vary from the initial estimate and to obtain approval to proceed.

3. Turnaround Time:

The time required for repair will depend on the extent of the damage and the availability of replacement materials.

Harmony and Flow Within will provide an estimated completion date in the initial estimate provided and ensure all efforts are made to meet the timeframe, please be aware delays may occur.

4. Warranty:

Harmony & Flow Within provides a warranty on repair services for a period of 3 months from the date of completion.

This warranty covers any defects or issues related to the repair work, excluding damage caused by misuse or accidents.

5. Liability:

Harmony & Flow Within is not responsible for any damage to the jewellery, stones, or other components unrelated to the repair work.

The maximum liability of Harmony & Flow Within is limited to the cost of the repair services provided.

6. Payment:

The Customer agrees to pay the total repair cost as specified in the final estimate.

Payment is due prior to the completion of the repair work.

We accept payment in credit card, .

​7. Cancellation:

You (the Customer) may cancel the repair service at any time. However, if materials or work have been performed, the you (Customer) will be responsible for the cost of materials and labour incurred up to that point.

8. Data Privacy:

Harmony & Flow Within will take the required measures to protect the personal information provided by you (the Customer) for the repair service. This information will be used for the purpose of the repair work.

9. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation and, if necessary, through mediation or legal proceedings.

10. Modifications:

Harmony & Flow Within reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be provided with updated terms upon request.

By engaging the services of Harmony & Flow Within, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement is effective as of 22 October 2023 and remains in force until further notice.
