This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds and exchanges for products offered by Harmony & Flow Within in Australia. Returns
Returns for Faulty Products: If you receive a Faulty Product, you are entitled to a return. The following conditions apply:

You must notify Harmony & Flow Within, within [5] days of receiving the Faulty Product.

All faulty returns must be applied for via email to info@harmonyandflow.com.au. The email must include the following:

A description of the fault - how is it faulty

Photos to support the claim.

Photo of the original purchase receipt or receipt number.

The product will be assessed and, if it is confirmed as faulty, offer an exchange (of equal value & if in stock), a full refund, or store credit, as chosen by you.

Once approved you will be notified via email and with further instructions on returning the product back.

The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

If the original Satchel was kept it can be re-used to send the product back with a label that will be provided to you.

The return must include all original accessories and documentation.

Once the product is received it will be properly assessed again and allow upto 5 days for your chosen option of exchange or full refund to be processed.
Returns for Change of Mind: Harmony & Flow Within understands that sometimes your circumstances change. If you decide to return a product for a Change of Mind, the following conditions apply:

You must notify Harmony & Flow Within, within [5] days of receiving the product.

The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

The return must include all original accessories and documentation.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

A store Credit or exchange for something else (of equal value of the product) is provided upon receiving the returned product in its original condition, excluding shipping fees. Shipping costs are not refundable and not included in any credits.

Due to hygiene reasons earrings are not returnable for exchange, refund or store credit unless the item is faulty.

Any items used, not in its original or re-sellable packaging, will not be eligible for a store credit or exchange.

Exchanges

If a Customer wishes to exchange a product for another item, they must notify us within [5] days of receiving the original product.
