Healing Service Refund Policy

Harmony & Flow Within, is committed to providing high-quality healing services to clients. I understand that in some cases, clients may be dissatisfied with the service they receive or may experience unforeseen circumstances that prevent them from attending their scheduled healing sessions. To ensure transparency and fairness, I have established the following refund policy for the healing services offered.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Cancellation: Clients who wish to cancel their single healing session must do so in accordance with the cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe are eligible for a refund.

  • Dissatisfaction: Clients who are dissatisfied with the healing service they received may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Harmony & Flow Within. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.  Please contact Harmony & Flow Within by phone or email.

  • For a Healing Program - if you decide not to continue with a program, at least one (1) week's notice is required.  Any money already paid in advance (a payment plan) will not be eligible for a refund.

Technical Issues:

  • In the event of technical issues or service disruptions that prevent the client from receiving the healing service as intended, a refund may be issued.

No-Show:

  • Clients who fail to attend their scheduled healing session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

  • Request: To request a refund, clients must contact Harmony & Flow Within via email info@harmonyandflow.com.au. Please provide the following details when requesting a refund:

    • Full name and contact information

    • Date and time of the scheduled healing session or Program

    • Reason for the refund request

  • Evaluation: Refund requests will be evaluated by Harmony & Flow Within. You may be requested to provide additional information or documentation to process the request effectively.

  • Decision: Refund decisions will be made within 2 days of receiving the request. Clients will be notified of the decision by email or phone.

  • Refund Method: If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued in the same method as the original payment. Please allow 2 days for the refund to be processed.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients must cancel their scheduled healing session at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the service who have received, I encourage you to contact me to discuss your concerns. I will make every effort to address and resolve the issue to the best of my ability.

Revision of Policy:

 

I reserve the right to revise and update this refund policy at my discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you through our website or by email.
